15 Minute Jump Rope Workout Routine

The Moves:

Straight Skip – Jump once on every rotation of the rope.

Forwards & Backwards Skip – Jump forwards and then backwards on every rotation of the rope.

Left & Right Skip – Jump to the left and then to the right on every rotation of the rope.

The Routine:

Straight Skip – Jump for 2 minutes, rest for 30 seconds, jump for 2 minutes.

30 seconds rest.

Forwards & Backwards Skip – Jump for 2 minutes, rest for 30 seconds, jump for 2 minutes.

30 seconds rest.

Left & Right Skip – Jump for 2 minutes, rest for 30 seconds, jump for 2 minutes.

30 seconds rest.

Total Workout Time: 15 minutes!
